Get the following software:

Open the FETCH program on your Mac. You will presented with a New Connection... dialog screen.

On the HOST line you should enter richard2.pil.net.
On the User ID line, enter your username.
On the Password line, enter your current password.
On the Directory line, make sure it is blank.
When ready, click OK. You will now be connected to your site.

In the directory listing on the left hand side, double click the directory folder called public_html

Click on the radio button next to Binary.

Now you are ready to upload your webpages. Click on PUT FILE.
Using the finder that popped up, find your web pages on your machine.

Highlight the file you wish to upload with a single click and then click 'OPEN'. A PUT File dialog window will pop up, click OK.

Now, repeat step#7 until all your webpages, as well as any images, sound files and any other related files are uploaded.
