In the "ISP Name" box, type: PIL (POP location name) Where the POP location is determined by the number you dial into. (See our dialin number list for the appropriate number for you.) Determine which number you should use, and type (for example) "PIL Line Lexington", "PIL Philadelphia", "PIL New Hope", or whichever is applicable to you.
Type in the phone number that you wish to dial into, including
the area code, but not a "1"
Where prompted, type in your Username and password (you will need to confirm the password where indicated) BE SURE TO TYPE YOUR USERNAME IN THE FORMAT "email@example.com" OR YOU WILL GET A PASSWORD ERROR!
UNcheck the box that says "Turn on the Internet Connection Firewall for this connection". This "feature" tends to break things, from our experience.
In the box labeled "Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop", check that box.
Click Finish. You're done.
